Opening Times – 2012 Season
The Museum will be closed all day on Sunday 19th August due to unavoidable volunteer shortages in operating cover. We are very sorry we will be closed that day and hope that you will visit us on another occasion. We thank our visitors for their understanding.
We open on Saturday 11th February 2012, daily until the 1st December (Last day for the season).
Opening from 10.00 am until 5.00 pm (last entry is at 4.15) .
Admission Charges – Are unchanged from 2011 Season:
Concessions £4.00 (Senior citizens, registered disabled, wheelchair users, carers and students)
Value Family Ticket £10.00 (2 Adults with up to 2 Children under 16)
Children Under 5’s are free – other children under 16 are £2.50 per entry (Must be Accompanied by an Adult)
There is no charge for Teachers or parent helpers on pre-booked school activity days and tours
Day Party bookings are taken at discounted rates for groups and organisations.
Evening guided tours are available for groups and organisations at £4.00 per Adult and £2.50 for Children – minimum fee is £30.00
Where Are We?
Beck Isle Museum can be found in the centre of Pickering, North Yorkshire and is just off Bridge Street, around the corner from the North Yorkshire Moors railway station.
