Re-living our Past

Above a typical Country Kitchen with range – at Beck Isle.

We welcome groups and parties of all ages, we do have a dedicated team of Activities and Education volunteers who organise and deliver structured school visits. These visits can be tailored to individual schools needs and requests.

Part of the current ‘Hands-on’ activities looks at Victorian life and the differences between ‘Then and Now’.

Children get to dress up in period type

costumes and do some role play within parts of

the museum.
